The Applied Science and Performance Institute (ASPI) in Tampa Bay is a 22,000 square foot facility that bridges the gap between science and application for anyone from the best athletes in the world to 90-year-olds. We sat down with their Co-Founder and President, Ryan Lowery, at the Biohacker Summit in Toronto, which Prime helped put on, and he told us how the approach he and his team takes makes them the model for all future fitness facilities. In addition to being a gym that provides an initial assessment on body composition, metabolism, cognition, blood markers, and biomechanics so they can measure where and how their members have improved, they also offer stem cell, hormone, and IV therapies.
